Boarding and Securing:

To restrict unauthorized access that may result in new or further damage, vandalism or liability, we provide services to board up and secure the premises. Our crew is trained in techniques related to safety in doing this, in addition to Federal (HUD) and local codes pertaining to securing a property

REO Field Services Inspection to Verify Occupancy:

Physical verification of the occupancy status at the property location. Includes collecting pictures of the property, and the neighborhood. A field inspection may be necessary when there are eviction proceedings or when the property origination requires verification.

Trash and Debris Removal:

For health, safety, and aesthetic purposes, removal of debris and trash left on a property should be a top priority. Our professional crew will do an initial survey along with pictures and free estimate of the property condition, and visually document the contents of the property and the items in the yard. Swimming Pool Maintenance:
